A few things I've made. Links go where they should.

• FlowCoach — a native macOS menu-bar app (Swift 6, SwiftUI) that detects drift from your stated work intention and nudges you back. Runs fully on-device: a tiered perception pipeline classifies most activity from window metadata and escalates to OCR and a local LLM only when it has to. Beta builds are public; the source is private for now.
• Deep learning training speedrun — a term project on making training runs faster. Deterministic augmentation on the GPU sped up CIFAR-10 training by 2.8%; PaLM-style parallel transformer blocks with fused kernels sped up NanoGPT by 2.66% and cut memory 7.5% on 8×H100s.
• Penn Claude Builder Club — the site for the builder community I started at Penn with Anthropic. Technical workshops, a Penn × Anthropic hackathon, and 1,100+ members.
• Hackathon builds — FreeSpeech for the ElevenLabs Global Hackathon, an AI-native calendar for PennApps, and a Wharton Hack-AI-thon entry. Rough, fast, and fun.
